How We Work
A streamlined, consistent process for architectural production.
Designed to minimize management overhead and maximize technical precision.
Step 1 – Initial Discussion
We review your project scope, specific sheet list, and required schedule to ensure alignment with your deadlines.
Step 2 – File Transfer & Sync
Client provides base files (AutoCAD/Revit), office CAD standards (.CTB/Layer states), and project markups via your preferred cloud platform.
Step 3 – Production
Our team develops the drawings following your exact internal protocols. We execute the "heavy lifting" of drafting, detailing, and coordination.
Step 4 – Quality Review
Your team reviews our progress sets and provides markups. We perform an internal QA audit to ensure layer integrity and annotation clarity before every submittal. Revised deliverables are issued in clean .DWG and .PDF formats, fully coordinated and ready for your professional stamp.
Our Capacity
We are a focused, senior-level team — and we size our project load accordingly to protect turnaround times and quality for every client we work with.
Full TI CD sets: Delivered in 7–10 business days depending on scope and sheet count
Redline updates and single-sheet revisions: 24–48 hour turnaround
Multi-site rollout production: Scalable cadence established at project kickoff based on your prototype and site schedule
We are transparent about capacity before we commit. If a project timeline doesn't align with our current load, we'll tell you upfront — because a missed deadline on our end costs you far more than an honest conversation at the start.
The Right Fit
Parallel works best with firms that have an established design process and need a trusted production extension — a partner who can step in, follow your standards, and deliver without friction. If you have a prototype, a markup workflow, and a deadline, we have the capacity to meet it.
Why Firms Choose to Work With Us
We integrate, we don't disrupt. We work inside your title blocks, your Xref structures, your CTB files, and your layer standards. Files come back looking like they were made in-house — because we built them that way.
You keep full authorship. All design decisions, code reviews, material specifications, and professional stamps remain exclusively with your licensed team. We produce. You lead.
We reduce your PMs' workload, not add to it. Send us your redlines or DD package. We interpret, produce, and return a clean, coordinated set — with minimal back-and-forth required.
The best way to see these steps in action is through a Pilot Project. Send us a small redline set or a single-sheet update, and we will demonstrate our quality and speed within 24-48 hours.
